All our spa covers are custom-made to order, with a wide selection of colours, materials, and upgrade options. They’re tapered for water run-off (3-2” to 6-4”), with custom thickness available for larger spans.
100% virgin EPS foam, aluminum C-channel reinforcement, and durable, UV-treated, mold- and mildew-resistant materials like marine-grade vinyl and PU-coated Pro-Tex polyester. Vapour barriers can be upgradeable to reduce water absorption and extend foam life.
Every cover includes ASTM-compliant safety locks.
