Service Description
Diagnosis, Repair, or Service Request. Leak detection, System Check, Trouble Shooting, Error Code, & Other Repairs. Pool, Hot Tub, and Swim Spa Service Available. Parts, chemicals, and/or materials are additional to the service charge. Service is charged at $120/h, with a $240 minimum fee. Out of town service calls subject to surcharge/fee. Initial service call is for diagnosis; technician will provide quote following visit. Leak(s), system error(s), and other repairs may be fixed during initial visit based on part availability; larger repairs will be quoted for approval. We cannot guarantee hot tub, spa or pool status if the system isn't running upon arrival. All efforts will be made to address the issue as described by customer. Additional repairs or issues brought to attention after initial visit will require a separate service visit and diagnosis; if you'd like a full systems check please advise during booking. We'll give you a quick call or message to get additional details if needed after booking. Let's get your unit back up so you can enjoy!
